We want you to love your Hatley favorites, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
